Nevaditos de Islacris

This recipe I have copied to Islacris, forera of Mundorecetas and that also has a great blog:
They are very easy to do and deserve the penalty.

Islacris Snowflakes

200 grs. of lard and 500 grs. of normal flour
125 ml. of white wine
1/2 teaspoon of salt

We preheat the oven to 180º
We melt the butter at a very low temperature.
We put the flour with the salt in a bowl, add the wine , mix and knead until well blended, it is a compact but manageable dough, not sticky.
Stretch the dough with the rolling pin and cut with a pastry cutter.
Put them on a tray covered with vegetable paper and put Bake until golden brown, I have had 25 minutes. When they are cold sprinkle with plenty of icing sugar.Preview
