Whole Kitchen in its Sweet Proposal for the month November invites us to prepare a basic pastry dough: pasta sablé.
This month's proposal is not new for me but it is making cookies with it.
They are so good that if I neglect not to I can not even take the pictures because my oldest son went to the kitchen every time to eat a few and I have to say that he eats almost nothing sweet.

Colored cookies with broken dough
250 grs. of baking flour
125 grs. of lard cut in squares
1 tablespoon (not full) of peanut oil
1/2 teaspoon of salt
60 grs. of icing sugar
1 egg and 1/2 glass (of the wine) of cold water
Coloring of the colors that we want
We put all the ingredients in the glass of the thermomix, mix a few seconds in speed 6 and knead 1 minute in speed spike.
We remove from the glass and divide the dough into 3 parts (or those that we want), add a few drops of the chosen color and mix well until the color be uniform.
We wrap the dough in plastic wrap and leave it in the fridge for 1/2 hour.
We preheat the oven to 160º.
We take out the fridge and extend the dough with the rolling pin (I do it between two pieces of vegetable paper so that it does not stick). Cut with shortbread, put the cookies in oven trays covered with parchment paper and bake for 10-12 minutes.
Let cool a little before removing them from the tray, and you have to do it very carefully.
Many cookies come out.
