At home we really like cinnamon cookies , that's why when I saw this recipe in the blog Calohe's notebooks, I copied it right away and since then I have done it many times. In case you have not seen it, which I doubt, I leave you the recipe in case you want to do it in these days of so much cold that you want to have the oven on.

Enjoy the weekend!
Kisses

Cinnamon cookies

100 grs. of butter at room temperature100 grs. of sugar
1 egg
2 teaspoons of cinnamon powder
250 grs. of flour
A pinch of yeast Royal
Sugar and cinnamon to batter

Mix the butter with the sugar and when the mixture is creamy we add the egg.We add the other ingredients and knead. We make a ball, wrap it in transparent film and put it in the fridge for half an hour.
We remove the dough from the frigo, spread it with the rolling pin and cut with a rectangular pastry cutter.
We put them in the oven preheated to 180º during about 15 minutes.
We take out of the oven and batter in the mixture of sugar and cinnamon.
