Pie of dried tomatoes and feta cheese
I leave the recipe for this salty cake that I advise you to try because it's great.

Cake of dried tomatoes and feta cheese
120 ml. of cream for cooking
80 gr. of grated Gruyere cheese
150 gr. of flour
1 envelope of chemical yeast
80 ml. of olive oil and 200 gr. of feta cheese
200 gr. dried tomatoes in oil
2 tablespoons chopped basil
Ground black pepper
We cut the feta cheese into small cubes.
Drain the tomatoes well and cut them into small pieces too.> Put the eggs in a bowl, beat, add the cream and oil and continue mixing. Next we are gradually incorporating the flour mixed with the yeast beating vigorously. Finally add the gruyère, basil and ground pepper.
We integrate well and put the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
We preheat the oven to 180º.
We remove the mass of the frigo, we incorporate the feta cheese and the tomatoes and mix well.
Pour the preparation into a rectangular mold greased and floured, and put in the oven for about 20-25 minutes. If we see that it gets too brown, we cover it with aluminum foil.
We stick with a toothpick and if it comes out dry we have the cake cooked.
We let it cool a little, we unmold and serve tempered or cold.
