Lychee ice cream

Go with the heat that we are having !! And I continue with the ice cream that is the only thing I want to do now, I am also involved in preserving mostly tomatoes, so I do not have time to complain, although I complain continually because these accursed pains do not go with me nothing.

This ice cream is the third time I do it, it is very easy to make and it is very rich, my oldest son loves it.
Well, nothing, we go with the recipe !!

Lychee ice cream

370 grs. of condensed milk
800 grs. of lychees in syrup
1 teaspoon of grated ginger
Fresh mint

We drain the lychees of the syrup and we crush them until we obtain a very fine puree.
Mix the puree with the condensed milk and add the ginger.
We pour the mixture in a bowl and leave it in the freezer for about 4 hours stirring occasionally with a fork until it is frozen.
We serve in glasses and we can sprinkle with chopped mint leaves, to I forgot this time.
