This salad has been a great discovery! I had never tasted the raw zucchini and I loved it, well, the truth is that we all liked it. Prepare it and tell me, here there is no excuse, easier impossible.

Salad of zucchini
2 tbsp olive oil
1 teaspoon of maple syrup or honey
2 tablespoons of white wine vinegar
2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
2 tablespoons of chopped spearmint
We wash the zucchini, dry them and cut the ends. Then cut them into julienne or grate them. We put them in a bowl.
Peel and chop the finite garlic and put it in the bowl with the zucchini.
Mix well the oil, vinegar and maple syrup and add it also to the cabacines. Season, add peppermint and parsley and mix well.
This salad is convenient to make it shortly before eating it, as the zucchini releases a lot of liquid and it will be watered.
