You can tell we like it chocolate? Yes, we like it and muchooooo!
This time I have prepared a simple cake, very juicy, with a touch of cardamom that goes very well.

Sponge cake

3 eggs
150 g of sugar
100 g of milk
100 g of sunflower oil
25 g of pure cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon of cardamom milled
215 g of flour with yeast
50 g of black chocolate chips

For coverage

100 g of chocolate Nestlé Dessert
70 g of cream
1 tablespoon of butter

We beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture is white and fluffy.
We add the oil and milk little by little. When we have already integrated them we put the cocoa powder, mix well and add the sifted flour and finish mixing. We add the chocolate chips and stir with a spatula so that they are distributed well throughout the dough. We grease a mold and pour the mixture. We cook in the oven preheated to 160º for 50 minutes. We unmold and let cool on a rack. While the cake cools we melt the chocolate in the microwave along with the cream and the butter and we miss it.
